To achieve the ultimate blend, our fruit is sourced exclusively from well-manicured vineyards within the Lodi Wine Region, an area which benefits from a distinctly Mediterranean climate. Warm days and cool evenings provide the perfect environment for the development of premium wine grapes. The area is located just east of San Francisco and borders the Sacramento River Delta, where it attracts coastal breezes that distribute a cooling influence. Here, the grapes can grow at a more leisurely pace, allowing full, ripe flavors to evolve. Lodi’s unique climate helps to balance the fruit acidity while maintaining its structure.
